This series pays tribute to the master Chillida and is a reflection on the concept of forging our destiny, both personal and collective, with fire and hammer.

All forges require a base, physical or spiritual, on which to work; an anvil. Every dream needs its own anvil, as does each and every person.

Chillida forged his anvils; they became my inspiration. These anvils are different, because they are mine, the fruit of my dreams and spiritual aspirations. We humans sometimes share common dreams in different cultures and regions. That is why the anvils of my dreams can also be shared by everyone who insists on forging dreams that are similar to mine.
